PS Plus: Games August – speculation and rumors
What games could come in August? There are currently no leaks for PS Plus in August 2023. However, we have looked around the community a little, checked rumors and list a few possible titles for you.
Please keep in mind, however, that this is not binding information, but purely speculation and rumors that are buzzing through the internet. There are some big hits this month:
The two titles UFC 4 or FIFA 23 would be possible. Both games have sequels and the FIFA series in particular requires a lot of attention to make the new name of the next generation known. Because FIFA is now called EA Sports FC – here you can find information about the innovations at FC 24.
There’s a sequel coming soon too, and PlayStation often brings its own big titles to PS Plus once enough time has passed for release. The action game is very popular and is considered one of the best superhero games ever.
Cyberpunk 2077’s first paid DLC, Phantom Liberty, will be released on September 26th, and August would be a fitting month to boost DLC sales with PS Plus. You can find all information about the DLC from the colleagues at GameStar: Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty – All information about the release and story of the DLC.
A charismatic little horror game with an exciting and fast-paced story. A typical game for PS Plus that can be discovered away from the big hits. The title has now been on the market for a few months and would be a suitable candidate – you can read a review of The Chant from the GamePro colleagues.
With Chained Echos, the German developer Matthias Linda has created a homage to the 16-bit games of the 90s. Turn-based combat in the style of early Final Fantasy games meets an engaging story – mechanics and story continue to unfold throughout the game, providing dozens of hours of entertainment.
That would be a strong bonus for all fans of pixel games and a fitting candidate for PS Plus. Find out from the GamePro colleagues which prizes the game was able to win.
