Headey’s former agency is suing for the amount she claims to be owed for arranging the role: 500,000. The lawsuit alone confirmed that Headey was in front of the camera for Thor 4 at all. And it gets a little more complicated: Because Headey is said to owe the agency a total of 1.5 million US dollars, which is made up of other commissions.
The company accuses Headey of breach of contract. According to Variety, the actress denies ever signing a contract with the agency, saying there was only an oral agreement and Headey was also represented by other agencies. In addition, the claim to Thor 4 commissions is void anyway, because director Taika Waititi approached Headey directly. A mediation by third parties never took place.
