Konami has announced the calendar of the eFootball Championship 2022 and the participating clubs. Galatasaray from Turkey is also among the teams.
Although eFootball 2022 is in the process of recovery, the planned tournaments continue to be held. Konami shared the calendar of the eFootball Championship 2022 and the list of participating clubs. Galatasaray from Turkey is also among these teams in the list. The team list and the explanation given are as follows;
eFootball Championship 2022 schedule announced
As of today, KONAMI has announced the calendar of the eFootball™ Championship 2022 and the participating clubs. The competition consists of two different tournaments, the eFootball Championship Pro and the eFootball Championship Open.
eFootball™ Championship Pro
eFootball™ Championship Pro pits professional esports teams from eight of Europe’s best clubs in a three-week match. Clubs competing in this year’s tournament will be FC Barcelona, Manchester United, FC Bayern München, Arsenal, Celtic FC, AS Monaco, AS Roma and Galatasaray.
The details of the program are as follows:
- Saturday, June 4: Draw of lots
- Saturday & Sunday, 11 – 12 June – Group Stage 1 & 2
- Saturday & Sunday, 18 – 19 June: Group Stage 3 & 4
- Saturday, June 25: Quarterfinals & Semi-Finals
- Sunday, June 26: Third Place Match & Final
KONAMI will broadcast the tournament live on its eFootball™ social media channels, while there will also be a campaign where those who watch the matches live can earn in-game gifts as they enter the game.
eFootball™ Championship Pro will also host a series of campaigns run by the participating clubs, where fans can earn club rewards as match results come in.

eFootball™ Championship Open
The eFootball™ Championship Open is an open competition where eFootball™ 2022 users from around the world can enter and compete on a number of platforms, including PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox ONE and Steam®.
This year, at the World Finals of the eFootball™ Championship Open, participants will also be able to compete on mobile on both iOS and Android devices!

- Monday, June 27 – Sunday, July 3: 1st Round
- Friday, July 8 – Monday, July 11: 2nd Round
- Saturday, July 30 – Sunday, July 31: 3rd Round
- Saturday, August 13 – Sunday, August 14: World Finals
