One of Turkey’s leading content platforms GAINas officially announced Rams Türkiye Group buy by receipt.
The official statement made by GAIN on this issue was as follows: “GAIN, which started broadcasting as Turkey’s digital broadcasting platform established with 100% domestic investment in December 2020, was acquired by Rams Turkey Group. With this acquisition, Rams Turkey acquired all of the GAIN shares. As part of the relevant purchasing process, GAIN’s Founder Gözde Akpınar will continue her duty as the Chairman of the Board of Directors until 1 June.” Gözde Akpınar, on the other hand, related to the purchase. “In our more than three-year-long GAIN journey, we have made an important decision. With the common struggle of all of us, our company, which we brought from scratch to today, is now entering a new era. As of today, we have shaken hands for the purchase of all shares of GAIN by Rams Turkey.
