It has been almost ten years since Gabon has renewed its identity cards, precisely since 2015 and the termination of the contract with the Belgian service provider Semlex responsible for manufacturing. The process should finally resume in the first quarter of 2024, also with the enrollment of citizens. This is what Interior Minister Régis Immongault announced this week.
