In Gabon, by decision of the military of the Committee for the Transition and Restoration of Institutions (CTRI) led by General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, every Monday morning, students from primary, middle and high schools in the country are invited to participate in raising the flag and singing the national anthem before going to class.
