The Prime Minister installed by the junta in Gabon, Raymond Ndong Sima, officially launched a call for proposals to all Gabonese on Tuesday October 3. The proposals will be debated during the national dialogue which could take place between April and May. In response to this call, several associations gathered within the Civil Society Consortium for Electoral Transparency in Gabon (Coted) began a consultation on Wednesday October 4 to develop their roadmap.
