The next event in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team is the FUT Birthday. We tell you what content the birthday promo brings and show you all the new special cards.
What is FUT Birthday? The FUT Birthday is a traditional FUT event that has been held annually since FIFA 14. It celebrates Ultimate Team’s birthday and brings tons of new special cards, SBCs (Squad Building Challenges) and objectives to the game.
When does the event start? This year’s FUT Birthday event replaces the current FUT Ballers event and starts today at 7:00 p.m. This reveals a loading screen when starting Ultimate Team.
What can the new cards do? As in the last two years, there will again be improved special cards with upgrades for the weak foot and skill moves. But the biggest innovation should be the new FUT Birthday icon cards.
These will complement the regular FUT Birthday cards. In this article we will tell you which legends are included.
FUT Birthday – Here are all the cards from Team 1 and the new icons
These are the new FUT Birthday cards: There are a lot of strong cards in Team 1 of FUT Birthday. Especially Bernardo Silva (93), who receives a weak foot upgrade, should be pretty strong and, above all, expensive. In addition, Thomas Müller receives an exciting card with 5 stars in the Skill Moves.

FUT Birthday Leaks – What new cards are included?
The well-known FUT leaker FUT Sheriff has again shared some leaks on Twitter, which should be really exciting when they arrive. Because according to FUT Sheriff, there should be new icon cards for the following player at FUT Birthday:

The leaker also speaks of a FUT Birthday card for Pedri from FC Barcelona. This card should come as an SBC and therefore not be in packs.

Here’s what you should consider about leaks: It is currently not possible to say which new special cards will ultimately end up in FUT. The previous names are only leaks and not official information from EA. We will probably only know for sure about the new cards and whether birthday icons are coming until the start of the event.
