(Finance) – On the eve of the opening of Salone del Mobile in Milan Facile.it and Prestiti.it have analyzed the state of health of the sector of loans linked precisely tofurniturehighlighting how, in the first quarter of 2022, the loans requested for this purpose not only returned to pre-Covid levels, but even recorded growth compared to the pre-pandemic period (+ 5.5% on Q1 2019).
“The return to the numbers recorded in the pre-pandemic period is a positive result for the sector of requests for personal loans for the home, a sign of how Italians continue to invest in their home, which has become increasingly important in the last two years” , explains Aligi ScottiLoans BU Director of Facile.it.
Interestingly, 42% of requests come from a under 36a fact on which the concessions on mortgages dedicated to young people. The average amount requested was € 8,416, up by 1.5% compared to the first quarter of 2019.
