North Korean leader Kim Jong-un sent a message to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of Russia’s ‘National Day’. In his message, Kim defended the invasion of Ukraine and promised “full support and solidarity” between the two countries.
GOAL TO BUILD A STRONG COUNTRY
According to the news reported today by the state media Korea Central News Agency (KCNA), strategic cooperation was promised to Putin by Kim Jong-un. According to the news, it was emphasized that the common goals of ‘holding hands’ and building a strong country should be acted upon together.
“Justice will certainly win and the Russian people will continue to add glory to the history of victory,” Kim said in a message released by KCNA.
In the message published in KCNA, implying “closer strategic cooperation”, it was stated that “in accordance with the common desire of the peoples of the two countries to realize the great goal of building a strong country, the President of Russia held firm hands.”

North Korean leader Kim, who is trying to establish closer relations with Russia, gave full support to Moscow by blaming the “hegemonic policy” of the USA and the West for the Ukraine invasion initiated by Russia 1.5 years ago.
