(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Listening and safety are increasingly at the center of the FS Group’s action. “We are thinking of one new professional figure which, like the one-time station chieftake care of everything that happens in the airport and respond to the questions and comments of travellers”. FS Newsthe Group’s information portal, reports the words of the managing director of the FS Group Luigi Ferraris, interviewed by the journalist Monica Settaas part of the event Consumer Expo, the appointment of Italian consumerism promoted by Assoutenti, now in its 5th edition in the year of the association’s fortieth birthday.
“We want to create a sort of partnership with those who take the train, that is, with our main stakeholders”, Ferraris added, explaining that “for us at the FS Group, the culture of listening it is essential to understand the needs of those who travel, but also the requests of the territories where we are called to improve road and railway infrastructures”.
Central too security in the station and on board the train. “I dream of a future where the trains are full of families even in the evening”, said CEO Ferraris. “This is why we have launched a company that directly deals with the safety of travelers and our colleagues”.
A concrete commitment to customers, as witnessed, according to Ferraris, also by the work of the Polo’s lead company Trenitalia passengers“which has long since embarked on a process of discussion and dialogue with the Consumer associations which led to the signing of the memoranda of understanding for the procedure joint settlement”.
An approach that also affects the sector of planning and execution of infrastructural works to “encourage an increasingly participatory planning of the works”. A concrete action is for example that of the Cantieri Parlanti initiative which, in the name of transparency, communicates in advance online and not only the important information on the work in progress”.
