From Orthodox priest to Pope: You are an infidel

The spiritual leader of the Catholics, Pope Francis, arrived in Athens, the capital of Greece, after a 3-day visit to the Greek Cypriot Administration (GCA).

“PAPA YOU ARE A FAITHFUL”

The Orthodox priest reacted to the Pope, who visited the Orthodox Archdiocese in the capital as part of his Greek contacts. “Pope, you are a heretic,” the priest shouted to the Pope as he entered the Archdiocese.

COLLAR PATCH DETENTION

While the priest was then taken into custody by the police, eyewitnesses stated that the old priest shouted in Greek loud enough for the Pope to hear. The priest was seen falling to the ground during his detention.

THE POPE APPEALS FORGET ON BEHALF OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH

Archbishop II, whom the Pope met in the Archdiocese on his first trip to Greece in 2016. Addressing Beatitude Ieronymos, he apologized on behalf of the Roman Catholic Church, which had its share in the historical wrongs that led to its disintegration. In the continuation of his speech, Pope stated that he and Ieronymos tragically separated in later times and said, “Worldly concerns poisoned us, the herbs of doubt increased our distance.”

“I feel the need to again ask God and our brothers for forgiveness for the mistakes made by many Catholics,” the Pope said. (UAV)
