The birthday event in Diablo 4 starts on June 6th. It is divided into two parts: March of the Goblins and Blessing of the Mother. Both give you big bonuses that you should definitely use if you still want to level up or need loot and gold.

Update 7:30 p.m.: The goblin event is live and the first rewards are available. The mother’s blessing is missing. The anniversary is quite chaotic.

What kind of events are these?

  • The March of the Goblins runs from June 6th to 13th. The event has been live since 7:00 p.m. German time.
  • The second part of the birthday event is the return of the Mother’s Blessing. This time it will last a full 10 days, but we don’t know when it will start yet. We asked Blizzard, but we are yet to receive a response. According to Community Manager Adam Fletcher, more information will be available next week (via X.com).
  • Both events give you the opportunity to get loot and especially gold more easily and quickly. Gold is a bigger problem in Season 4 – so now is the ideal time to farm.

    • What rewards are there? If you log in between June 6th and 12th, you will receive free skins in the shop. You can claim these until June 20th. These include weapons, horse armor and a mount. However, they are not yet available in the shop – despite being redirected.

    During March of the Goblins, Treasure Goblins spawn at an increased rate and drop more loot than normal. They can also appear in pairs or packs. There are also more Shrines of Greed.

    During the Mother’s Blessing, the experience points received are increased by +25% and the gold received is increased by +50%. If you already have your first character at level 100, then it is the ideal time to level a second character or farm gold.

    Season 4 still delights players 3 weeks later
