Monday to Friday, she works full-time at an authority and spends the weekends in an old church in Brändön.
– I love meeting people and talking. It’s not just people from the village who come here, but people from the city as well, says Gloria.
When she moved from Los Angeles, it was to study in Stockholm and there she met love. Shortly afterwards it was off to Brändön.
– Everything went quite quickly. I feel like it was the right decision at the right time and I think this is much better for the kids. But of course you miss the LA heat, says Gloria.
