On the ground floor, the building still looks exactly like the office it was. The walls have been repainted and there are new desks. Furthermore, nothing indicates the presence of the minor refugees. Upstairs, the building has undergone a metamorphosis. Bedrooms have been created, a canteen with a kitchen and sufficient sanitary facilities. “It was quite a bit of work,” says Kim Zuidema, location manager at COA.
