(Finance) – Theshareholders’ meeting Of Friulchema company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the contract manufacturing of semi-finished and finished products containing active pharmaceutical ingredients and food supplements, examined and approved by the unanimity of those present on financial statements as at 31 December 2022.
Also, it has approved the allocation of the profit for 2022, equal to €29,145 as follows: €1,457 to the legal reserve; €27,688 in profits/losses carried forward.
