Last night the animal ambulance received a report of a dog tied to a pole. The reporter had already looked around the place to see if he could find the owner, but saw no one. “It was in a strange place, somewhere in the back. You already know that enough,” says Van Oostenbrugge. “The dog was taken away and was able to recover in a warm basket.”
