Frida Karlsson’s wonderful gesture – suddenly interrupted the hard training for the finest reason

Frida Karlsson is in serious preparation for next season.
But she also manages to help tomorrow’s stars.
Now she reveals her amazing gesture in the middle of hard training.

Frida Karlsson’s season was up and down, to say the least. She went to the WC as the great hope of becoming a golden queen, but it was not to be. In retrospect, Karlsson has admitted that injuries and illnesses bothered her, and that was really the whole season.

Nice gesture

Frida Karlsson started the season roaring, but lost towards the end, and prolonged colds forced her to change her plans. Karlsson is now training hard at home in Sollefteå for the coming season, but it’s not just training, training, training that counts.

This weekend, Karlsson also took the opportunity to contribute with a fantastically nice gesture towards young people in Sollefteå, when she visited a youth camp between training sessions.

– It will be fun to meet all the children. It’s mostly play and meeting the children, and spreading some skiing joy, she tells P4 Västernorrland.

Hard training

Frida Karlsson tells us that there will be several, really heavy sessions a day.

– I am in hard training. This morning it was three hours on the roller ski track. Now there will be some training and play with the young people, and then there will be another session this afternoon, she says.

Frida Karlsson has previously been to a training camp in Mallorca during the summer, and despite the fact that she is involved in winter sports, she has nothing against the heat.

– It’s good training weather. I think so, she says, and goes on to talk about how important camps, such as the youth camp she herself visited, are.

– For me, the game is A and O. I have to enjoy what I do, that it is what I want to do. I exercise every day because I want to.
