Utrecht – A confused frequent offender who threatened people with death in a hairdresser’s shop in Utrecht last year has been sentenced to 30 days in prison and four years of TBS with compulsory treatment. At the end of last year, the man entered the barbershop on Twijnstraat screaming, waved scissors and threatened to stab people if they did not call the police.
