The commercial courts in France are in full activity, with an increasing number of judicial liquidations of companies. Just this week, Michelin announced the closure of two of its factories. And with Poitiers, Toul, Joué-lès-Tours and La Roche-sur-Yon, the industrialist will have closed six factories in twenty years. This illustrates an alarming trend: business failures have increased by 23% this year, threatening thousands of jobs. The Minister of Industry recently spoke about the situation.
