[Mis à jour le 5 octobre 2022 à 10h11] The clubs of League 1 will join the Coupe de France 2023 only from January 8th. Before that, Ligue 2 clubs will enter the competition from October 30 for the 7th round, while at the beginning of October, national clubs will be integrated into the competition. The final, still scheduled at the Stade de France for several years, is scheduled for April 29, 2023.
Last year, FC Nantes won the edition by winning the final against OGC Nice with the score of 1-0. This final, refereed for the first time by a woman, Stéphanie Frappart, was marked by controversy over her refereeing decisions despite the strong support of the FFF.
