The technology company Freetrailer, which operates in the sharing economy, has replaced most of the board. Only one member remains, Anders Birk.
Thomas Zeihlund is the new chairman of the board, a position previously held by Allan Sønderskov Darré. The new members are Jesper Lohmann, investor and co-founder of the investment company Dico, Mikael Bartroff, founder of Papillon Holding, Charlotte Bender, investor and CFO and Anders Birk. Thomas Zeihlund takes over as chairman of the board and is also CEO of Whiteaway Group. An extra general meeting was held during the week.
