Two years after the classic brawl between Janne Andersson and Bojan Djordjic, Fredrik Ljungberg now emerges and tells details about the incident.

March 27, 2023 is a date that now belongs to Swedish football history. Perhaps not so much because Sweden defeated Azerbaijan by 5-0 in the European Championship qualifier, but rather for the trouble that arose between the union captain Janne Andersson And the TV expert Bojan Djordjic in the Viaplay studio after the match.

Ljungberg admits that he did not know how to act on the spot at first.

In the end, he chose to back his colleague Bojan. He now reveals that he took him to the hotel after the broadcast and stayed up at night to talk through everything with Djordjic.
– I started thinking about how Bojan felt and felt about all that. After broadcast, I and Bojan and I sat all night and night discussing what really happened and how it felt to him, he says.
It was a memorable evening for everyone involved and for anyone who witnessed it all. Good that it resolved and that all the parties were allowed to talk afterwards.
