Sentimental value
The scooter in question “is not a racing car”, states the ad. It is a 200 kg gray Piaggio, with three wheels, with more than 34,000 kilometers on the odometer. Put into circulation in 2010, the selling price is very high for this used model. But the true value of the good lies in its experience.
In April, on the set of C à vous, on France 5, François Hollande declared: “I have always had scooters, this one was the last, it has even more value, especially for the people being transported.” “It’s a vehicle that belongs to history,” confirmed the buyer to Figaro.
