(Finance) – Theshareholders’ meeting Of Franchettia company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the maintenance of infrastructure networks, has approved the Balance financial year as at 31 December 2022 and approved the distribution of a dividend gross equal to 0.01 euro per share, with detachment coupon no. 1 on 15 May 2023 (record date 16 May 2023) and payment starting from 17 May 2023.
Furthermore, the BoD established on May 22, 2023 the Date Off (coupon no. 1) of the second tranche of the “Warrant Franchetti 2022-2025″, with free assignment to all shareholders of maximum n. 958,250 Warrants, according to the report of no. 1 Warrant every n. 4 ordinary shares”. A maximum total of 1,374,750 Warrants will be issued.
