(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Franchettia multinational software development and engineering design group, today finalized the acquisition of 67% of the share capital of Gallo Technics.
Gallo Technics is a newly established company based in Padua that brings together the historical clientele, the experience and the engineering tradition of over 50 years in the sector, of the engineers Cesare and Sebastiano Gallo, and of their father Domenico before them, who first of the establishment of Gallo Technics have exercised their activity as individual professionals.
The price for the acquisition 67% of the share capital, equal to the nominal value of the shares, was paid entirely in cash.
Following the acquisition, the share capital will be held by: Franchetti (67.00%), Gallo Cesare (19.00%), Gallo Sebastiano (14.00%).
