Five Afghan women arrived Monday, September 4 in Paris as part of an evacuation operation from Pakistan, where they had found refuge. After a long campaign for their evacuation, these women who had fled by their own means to Pakistan obtained the right of asylum in France. They will first be accommodated in a transit center in the Paris region, then in “long-term” accommodation, while France decides on their asylum application files.
