France Richard Ferrand expected to be proposed at the head

The mandate of nine years of three of the nine members of the Constitutional Council has expired, including that of the president, Laurent Fabius. The favorites to join the institution are Richard Ferrand, Philippe Bas and Laurence Vichnievsky. The President of the Republic, the President of the National Assembly and the President of the Senate must each reveal a candidate this Monday, February 10.
