After the industrial decline in France, what are called wastelands, these abandoned lands, are the subject of renewed interest. And for good reason, the “climate and resilience” law puts a brake on urban sprawl when we know that 20 to 30,000 hectares of natural, agricultural or forest spaces are built each year, and this is one primary causes of climate change, erosion and loss of biodiversity.
