(Finance) – Slowdown confirmedinflation in France in June 2023. According to the French National Statistical Institute (INSEE), inflation has slowed by 4.5% on a trend basisas forecast in the preliminary estimate and against +5.1% in the previous month.
On a monthly basisconsumer prices recorded an increase in 0.2% (as in the first reading), compared to -0.1% the previous month.
The harmonized dataa measure used by the ECB, recorded a positive change of 5.3% on an annual basis, compared to +6% in May, while on a monthly basis harmonized inflation shows a decrease of 0.2%, after -0 .1% of the previous month.
