Unsurprisingly, the two consecutive censorship motions to the two 49.3 of the Prime Minister on budgetary texts failed to obtain the absolute majority on Wednesday February 5 in the National Assembly. Pleading the need for a budget, even bad, the socialist party, nor the national rally, voted these texts carried by rebellious France, environmentalists and the communists. Consequently, François Bayrou remains in power and the new popular front fracture.
