In France, a conference entitled “For the Republic, against Islamism” was organized on Wednesday evening, on March 27, in Paris. More than 2,000 people came to attend the event organized by AGA Ensemble, a movement initiated by the Pro-Israeli lobby Elnet (European Leadership Network). The NGO describes itself as “dedicated to strengthening relations between France, Europe and Israel”. Among the participants, there were two headliners: the Overseas Minister Manuel Valls and the Minister of the Interior, Bruno Retailleau, who want the spearheads of the fight against Islamism.
