France and Germany will offer passes to 60,000 young people so that they can travel freely on the neighboring country’s rail network for seven days out of a whole month. This initiative, funded by the German government, the French state, Deutsche Bahn and the SNCF, aims to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Élysée Treaty, sealing the reconciliation between the two countries.
