On May 4, a day after the province granted the waiver, the judge ruled that the waiver will be frozen until today’s ruling. That meant that foxes were not allowed to be shot, but that will change after today’s ruling. But: today is a preliminary ruling. It is not yet known when the final verdict will follow.
