The capsules were discovered by a passer-by, who alerted the police. A total of four detonators were found, reports P4 West on Swedish Radio.
– Two were detonated and two were not, says Hans-Jörgen Ostler, press spokesperson at the police, to the radio.
How the detonators ended up in the water is still unclear. The incident is classified as a violation of the law on flammable and explosive goods.
