Just hours after the murder of a 31-year-old Satudarah leader, four people were arrested at an address in Malmö.

They belong to a rival division from the same gang.

The police are now investigating connections between those arrested and the fatal shooting in Emporia, according to information to Aftonbladet.

A 31-year-old man was shot dead and a woman passing by was seriously injured in the shooting at the Emporia shopping center in Malmö last Friday. A 15-year-old boy has been detained on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.

The same evening, the police arrested two men and two women at another address in Malmö after a vehicle check.

– Patrol makes a check and then they find weapons and block off a place. The bomb protection team was on the scene and four people were arrested. They are now under arrest, says Jimmy Modin, spokesperson for the police.

Details: Links to Emporia murders

The four people are now suspected of serious weapons offences, breaches of the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods and serious drug offences.

According to information to Aftonbladet, the police suspect that the four arrested persons are connected to the shooting death in Emporia. Police would not confirm whether they are investigating any connection.

– There is nothing that I can see here. This is a separate investigation and preliminary investigation, says Jimmy Modin.

The 31-year-old who was shot dead inside the shopping center was the leader of the motorcycle network Satudarah in Malmö. The four people arrested have connections to a rival department within the same network, according to Aftonbladet’s information.

The two men who are under arrest are in their 20s, according to the police. One of the two women is in her 40s and the other in her 20s.

– He has taken responsibility and told us that he is the one who shot, lawyer Johan Fernvall told Aftonbladet earlier.

The teenage boy is said to have been involved in criminal activities and abuse for several years.
