The Cambodia Mine Action Center (CMAC) announced that thousands of unexploded ordnance from the Cambodian Civil War, which began in 1967 and ended in 1957, were found in the garden of Preah Mahak Yani Kosomak High School in Kratie province.

In the statement, it was stated that the school was temporarily closed as part of the collection of ammunition.
