(Finance) – FOS communicated that, as part of the program for the purchase and disposal of treasury shares, between 26 September and 5 October 2023 inclusive, purchased 5,250 shares at a weighted average unit price of approximately 3.357 euros per share and for a countervalue total equal to 17,625.00 euros.
Following these operations, the Genoese technological consultancy and research SME owns, as of 5 October, a total of 105,750 own shares, equal to 1.546% of the share capital.
