After more than 50 years of television and dozens of cult shows, Michael Drucker is still one of the favorite animators of the French. And if for more than 20 years, he has been the rhythm of Sunday afternoons for thousands of people, when it comes to his private life, he tries to hide it or at least protect it as much as possible.
Michel Drucker, son of immigrants
His father Abraham Drucker of Romanian origin left his country in 1925 to come and study medicine in France. On his way, he meets Lola Schafler, an Austrian who is finishing her nursing studies. They married in 1930 and decided to settle in Calvados where Michel Drucker would spend his childhood with his two brothers Jean and Jacques.
