The update cannot be downloaded yet, but there is already a first trailer for the first season of Rocket Racing from Fortnite:

What’s happening in Fortnite today? Like almost every Tuesday, Epic Games is conducting a server down. Patch 29.20 is set to roll out to bring new content such as skins, weapons and equipment to Fortnite.
This time, according to leakers, an event pass for Avatar will be added, with which players can unlock new cosmetic content from the world of tamers. You can find out what you need to know about the server status and the duration of the server down here.

Fortnite: Start and duration from the server Down 29.20
Server down in the morning – this is what you need to know: Epic Games has announced its server down for Fortnite and has set it for 10:00 a.m. German time. Matchmaking is deactivated 30 minutes before the servers are switched off – so you can no longer start new rounds during this time.
When will the servers be online again? This depends on the size and scope of the update. If there are no complications, you can expect a downtime of one hour. But it could also be that the server down didn’t go down until around 12 or 1 p.m. We will keep you updated in this case.
When are the patch notes coming? Epic Games is currently only releasing its patch notes for the “Battle Royale” mode sporadically. If these exist, they will only be published after the downtime. We’ll list them for you as soon as Epic Games publishes them.
What content could appear with Update 29.20?
