What happens to the server down? The servers are shut down. You can’t play Fortnite during this time.
Server Down in Fortnite – from when? The servers will be shut down on February 21, 2025 at 8 a.m. As usual, the matchmaking is deactivated 30 minutes earlier.
When can I play Fortnite again? That depends on the duration of the downtime. It is a slightly larger patch that is supposed to herald the new season. So calculate that you cannot play for 1-3 hours.
When will patch notes appear? Epic Games only presented sporadically patch notes for the updates before and usually only after the downtime. As soon as they are available, read them with us.
