Fortnite: Server Down for Chapter 4 Season 3

Fortnite servers will be down on Friday June 9th, 2023. The game cannot be played on all platforms during the period (PC, Mac, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, Android). After the maintenance is complete, the update for Chapter 4, Season 3 will be live.

When can we play Fortnite again? Server maintenance for Patch 25.00 has been postponed by Epic Games to Friday, June 09, 2023 at 08:00 German time.

It is currently not known when the servers will be back online. However, since this is a major update that brings the new Season 3 to Chapter 4 of Fortnite, it could be a longer server down.

For comparison: The maintenance work lasted 5 hours during the last season change. We’ll keep you up to date here in the ticker.

08:00 a.m

Now the downtime has fully begun. You get the message “Server not responding” when you try to start Fortnite. So now it’s just a matter of waiting for the update to go live.

However, it is to be expected that new information about the season could appear. We will keep you up to date at this point.

7:30 a.m

Matchmaking will be disabled at 07:30. From now on you can no longer search for new matches. From 08:00 the servers should be completely deactivated.

  • The Battle Pass will contain 8 different skins, including Optimus Prime from the Transformers
  • A new biome in the form of a jungle will appear
