Fortnite players of Epic Games came together and collected $ 70 million in aid money for Ukraine in a week.
The famous battle royale game Fortnite, developed by Epic Games and People Can Fly, is signing an important aid campaign for Ukraine. Fortnite players they use V-Bucks to buy things like clothing, pickaxes, skins, emotes, and battle tickets. After Epic Games announced that “all of the revenue from V-Bucks will be donated to Ukraine”, a $70 million V-Buck sale took place.
Fortnite players love micropayments
The developer had promised to donate all proceeds from Fortnite in the first two weeks of this season to Ukraine. On top of that, the players did not stay idle and threw them in their pockets to help them with micro payments that would not be too difficult. Maybe we should not say Micro.
