Developed exclusively for the PlayStation 5 console by Luminous Productions, Forspoken release date has been delayed.
Announced in June 2020, Forspoken was announced to us as the first game of Japanese game studio Luminous Productions. However, according to the latest statement Forspoken release date postponed. The studio, which was established as a separate team from the Final Fantasy development team, said that they aimed to work on an open world game with the highest quality visuals for the PlayStation 5 console.

In a tweet from the official Forspoken Twitter account, developer studio Luminous Productions had the following to say about the Forspoken release date:
“We’ve decided to push Forspoken’s release date to October 11, 2022. Our goal for this exciting new IP is to give gamers a gaming world they’ll want to experience for years to come,” he tweeted. “Therefore, we will focus our efforts on making the game better for the next few months. We look forward to experiencing Frey’s adventures,” the studio said in a statement. He ended with his sentences.
