The race at the Yas Marina circuit was won by the Japanese Ayumu Iwasa. Brazilian Felipe Drugovich of the Dutch team MP Motorsport finished second in Abu Dhabi on Sunday. Drugovich already won the Formula 2 title in September during the previous race weekend in Monza.
