Former Swedish top coach is sentenced to prison

A former all -Swedish top coach was sentenced around a year ago to conditional sentence and daily fines for nutritional laundering.

Now the coach has received a new judgment, which Today’s law Be the first to tell.

In the district court’s judgment, which the Football Channel has taken part in, it appears that the coach is sentenced to prison for one year and nine months. The coach is convicted of serious accounting violations and business money laundering in two companies and also gets a business ban for three years.

The crimes, according to the district court’s judgment, took place during 2020, 2021 and 2022, and these are a total of ten occasions.

The coach has acknowledged his deeds regarding a company, but he has denied that he acted intentionally and claims that he acted negligence. As for the other company, he has denied crime. He has also opposed a business ban.

In 2017, the coach was also prosecuted for accounting violations.
