A break in silence in front of hundreds of activists that he justifies by the current situation: ” Senegal is going through a period of great expectations, of innumerable economic and social challenges. More than ever, the time has come to act, not with haste, but with discernment, method and determination. »
According to him, this action will involve the creation of his own party, assures the person concerned: ” There have been many calls for me to create my own political party. I have heard you! And after careful consideration, I have decided to answer this call. »

But before creating this party, the former Prime Minister intends to meet all Senegalese people, everywhere in the country: ” We will first dialogue, meet the vital forces of the nation, those who supported me, but also those who have not yet understood me or who hesitate. I will listen to everyone and I will speak to each one. »
An approach welcomed by Abdoulaye, who came from Podor, 500 kilometers from Dakar, especially for the meeting: “ If you don’t have the ability to understand what people need, you can’t manage them. So, this is the right path. »
A path that could very soon take the form of legislative elections expected here by many supporters of Amadou Ba.
