Former ‘president’ of the Armenian regime Arayik Harutyunyan was captured!

Harutyunyan served as the “president” of the so-called Armenian regime in Karabakh, which is not recognized by any country in the world, between 2020 and 2023, and announced that he resigned from his post on August 31, 2023.
