After an investigation, the Forensic Medicine Agency has now determined that Theodor Engström, who is charged with the murder of Ing-Marie Wieselgren during the Almedal Week in early July, was affected by a serious mental disorder.
According to the authority, the 33-year-old lacked the ability to realize the consequences of his actions, and should be sentenced to forensic psychiatric care.
