Throughout the week, RTV Utrecht will pay extra attention to the shortage on the labor market. There are more than 50,000 vacancies in our province. Never before have so many people been employed, yet the staff shortage is enormous. This means that parents can no longer take their children to daycare, trains cannot run, newspapers are not delivered, care is postponed and there are long waiting times at call centers.
